Start: 01.08.2017
Duration: 3 months
As an intern you will acquire an in-depth insight into the Future Projects Office which is mainly active in the pre-development phase of future airplanes. That means the team is looking into new configurations and technologies and makes assessments concerning their impact on future airplanes. The department is transnational and is using various ways to communicate. The HUB (Airbus Intranet) is one that the team would like to use more efficient.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your exciting tasks:
The intern will look into the various communities that the Future Projects Office has created in the intranet and:
· Check them for major mistakes
· Align the look and handling
· Improve them in terms of usability, simplicity, arrangement etc.
· Set up a process to handle the various access rights and user groups
· Prepare guidelines on how to use the communities in an efficient way for communication, knowledge capturing, idea collection etc.
· Come up with proposals on how people can be motivated to use given communities
Required skills
You offer:
· Enrolled student within Business Information Technology, Media Science, Digital Media, Media Design or similar field of study
· Good knowledge of MS SharePoint and HTML programming skills are required
· Some knowledge on transnational team communication and about knowledge capturing would be helpful
· English: Fluent
· German skills would be a plus
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
