Description of the job

Location: Donauwörth
Start: as of now
Duration: 6 months
The internship is all about the industrialisation of additive manufacturing, especially titanium-poweder-bed fusion.
Desired profile
Tasks & accountabilities
You will support the development department in material & process relevant issues. Further more you will actively follow the AM engineering operations and generate necessary production documents. In addition to that you will support in the characterisation of the applied material process scenario by the conduction of tensile tests and the necessary test evaluation.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
Required skills
· Enrolled student within Mechanical Engineering, Engineering / Avionics or similar field of study
· Good knowledge of Catia V5 R21 (part design, assembly design, generative shape design)
· First Experience in the environnement Systematic development methods
· English: advanced
· German: advanced
