Are you looking for an internship? Would you like to support the new digitalisation approach within Airbus? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us as an intern (m/f) in Hamburg (35 hours/week, flexi-time).

Location: Hamburg
Start: June 2018
Duration: 6 months
Afterwards there is the possibility for writing a final thesis, upon agreement with the department.

As an intern you will acquire an in-depth insight into the project management support for all A320 family new product developments. Here, your department is supporting with agile project management methods and tools, as well as schedule, cost and performance analysis.

Within the frame of the Airbus new digitalisation approach, the team would like to improve their tool sets by implementing new "agile" digital means to better analyse and support the business. They are interested e.g. in establishing new collaborative tools, which foster team spirit and working together.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your exciting tasks:

·  Programming of i-share (MS SharePoint 2013) solutions for organisation of product development for the A320 family
·  Programming and simplification of MS Excel tools for agile analysis
·  Development of a simplified performance management tool set, e.g. interactive dashboards

Required skills

You offer:

·  Enrolled student within information technology, business informatics, project management or similar field of study
·  IT programming skills (VBA, Makro programming, Java, MS SharePoint 2013, MS Excel)
·  English: fluent
·  German: good

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
