Description of the job
Are you looking for an internship? Would you like to discover the work of an innovation manager? Then apply now! We are looking for two interns (m/f) at the Department of Strategy & Innovation Management in Hamburg (35 hours/week, flexi-time).
Location: Hamburg
Start: September 2018
Duration: 6 months
As an intern (m/f) you are supporting the innovation management of Airbus by creating an effective innovation field through ideamanagementmethods- and instruments considering business processes, needs and restrictions.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your exciting tasks will be:
· Support collection of feedback from users by incorporating design principles and user needs through the set goals of the department
· Contribute in facilitating the consultation with all necessary stakeholders involved
· Assist the team by preparing meetings and project documentation
· Support administration and development of the existing idea management tools
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
Required skills
You offer:
· Enrolled student within Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Project Management or similar field of study
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
· First experiences within data Analysis and/or App-Coding are very desired
· First practical experiences and/or first points of contact within workshop preparation and moderation as well as startups (business creation) is appreciated
· English and German: fluent/negotiation
You have an innovative mind-set, excellent communication skills and you are able to work in a creative and independent way.
