Description of the job

To support Head of MRO production.

·  Main area of activities will be to support Production manager in the Step change II Project for MRO improvement with special focus in following áreas:
·  Digitalization of SQCDP (level 1 and 2) panels by means of Screens.
·  5S improvement and control, developing new storage solutions and keeping lay out as designed.
·  Tool and house keeping control supporting foremans on the development of corrective actions.

Together with above improvements, following activities will be also developed

·  Formation and training management, supporting on the development of special courses
·  Working hours management and control for each individual aircf¡raft on hangar.
·  Aircraft progress control, supporting foremans on the managemente of production control toll: aircraft progress, defects relaase and implementation.
