Description of the job :
The selected candidate will join the Engineering team of the Fuselage Components under Spanish responsibility within the Single Aisle program. Components are Belly Fairing, Main Landing Gear Doors, Section18, Section 19.1 and Dado Panels.

Task & accountabilities :
Analysis and Validation of composite & hybrid structures for static& fatigue strength. Ensure safe operation of the Product with respect to structural integrity and operational effectiveness.

Analyse and Validate composite & hybrid structures structures for static & fatigue strength according to validated methods. Ensure adherence to regulations, relevant design principles, processes, methods and manufacturing capabilities guidelines. Define, interpret and validate tests. Interface and communicate with relevant stakeholders. Provide relevant input to design for the creation of drawings for manufacture and support to other functions (i.e. production, customer support) as needed. Provide stress analysis for the repair/acceptance of damaged structures. Perform monitoring/guidance/support of Sub-contracting firms providing structure analysis work to Airbus.

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experiences:
¤ Stress analysis experience in product development.
¤ Knowledge of ISAMI tool and legacy methods would be an advantage.
¤ Capability to contribute to the product value chain with ideas and proposals.
¤ Financial, planning and risk monitoring experience desirable.
¤ Flexible and willing to embrace in the digital transformation. Through this approach you will be able to be an active part on the innovation process and contribute to the A350 program success.
¤ Good communication skills and a pro-active approach to problem solving and decision making. Assertiveness.
¤ Strong interpersonal skills and good communicator orally and in writing, Spanish and English.
¤ Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
