As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year ,that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for Business Support Intern (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse, Blagnac.

This internship is to be filled from February (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).

You will be joining the Customer Services department which activities include measuring the level of satisfaction of Airbus customers and securing sound business relationships with them.

The objective of the internship is to provide business support to the team currently working with the unprompted feedback offered by our Customers using state-of-the-art digital platforms.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

- Supporting the communication on project achievements

- Monitoring and creation of reports and dashboards

- Performing benchmark and analyses on Customer satisfaction.

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a 5 years diploma in Engineering, Business, Management or equivalent, and you have the following competences :

- English: NEGOTIATION

-  Any other language would be a plus

- You are interested in customers and business management

- You have a good analytical and communication skills,

- You are able to use proficiently IT Tools such as MS office, Google Suite, etc.

- You are ready to challenge and be challenged

- Team spirit

- Creative thinking (proposing ideas)

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
