We are currently offering internship positions for design, Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship students to support our Hamburg Team that is concerned with Methods and Tools for Innovation & New Business creation.
Airbus Corporate Innovation & New Business is the central innovation unit of Airbus, the leading European aircraft manufacturer. Within Corporate Innovation & New Business, we concentrate on Methods and Tools for innovating- this includes entrepreneurial approaches, design thinking and support through innovative spatial concepts. The focus of the department is to establish an effective innovation environment at Airbus where new Business & service ideas and projects can be created and implemented. The aim of the team is to provide support through the whole journey from need finding, ideation to successful business model creation and implementation. The main activates of the team in Hamburg are the development of innovation services to enable the organization to make innovation happen by using the existing eco-system.
Internships at Airbus
As an intern you will contribute to establish an effective innovation environment at Airbus through the development of idea management methods and tools considering business needs and constraints.
· Support collection of feedback from users by incorporating design principles and user needs through the set goals of the department
· Support administration and development of the existing idea management tool
· Contribute in facilitating the consultation with all necessary stakeholders involved
· Assist the team by preparing meetings and project documentation
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
· Enrolled student within Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Innovation Management, Economics or similar field of study
· Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
· Basic knowledge Business Model Generation
· First experience in Start Ups helpful
· App programming skills would be a plus
· Creative/Design Thinking
· English: fluent
· German: fluent
You have an innovative mind-set, excellent communication skills,and you are able to work independently.
