As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for Tests Automation in Air Traffic Control/ATC domain (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse/Saint Martin du Touch .

This internship is to be filled from January 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will be joining the department « Avionics Software » which activities include development, maintain and support of a wide range of embedded software (Flight Control, Flight Warning, Communication, …) on Airbus aircrafts.

The objective of the internship is to develop a framework enabling the automation of ATC tests’ subset in order to validate the developed framework.

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

·  Analyse and appropriate the existing test means (testing procedures, new way of working (TI/TV robot framework)),
·  Design a test framework integrated into the TI/TV Robot environment.
·  Adapt existing APIs and/or develop new ones to automate the functional tests whatever the target (real or virtual)
·  Migrate a test suite of manual tests to the new automated solution.
·  Verify the solution by running a set of migrated tests.

​ You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5, in software engineering or equivalent, with specialisation in embedded software and you obtain following competences:

- English: ADVANCE

- French: ADVANCE

- Your first experience in development/tests/V cycle

- You are interested in avionics, embedded software, board/ground communication

- You have a good knowledge of embedded software, network protocols, and tests automation

- You are able to use proficiently such tools as Robot framework, Python, scripting.

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous

- Obtain good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

- Have organizational skills

- Able to analyze and synthesize information

- Knowledge of project management would be a plus.

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
