A vacancy for a Finance NextGen Pricing Manager (m/f) - Eurofighter Campaigns Canada/Swiss has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Manching. The successful applicant will join the department “Costing & Pricing SP Core & Export “and will be part of the "Finance NextGen" development journey.

You will start with an assignment in Manching for two years and then we will offer you another two-year's assignment in another country.

During the first two years, you will join the Combat Series Production Finance Bid Team in Manching. The department provides state of the art pricing support to the Eurofighter Sales Campaigns. You will be the finance focal point for the Eurofighter Campaigns Canada/Switzerland. This will include (but not limited) the following activities:

·  Finance Requirements Capture
·  Support to Win Strategy/pricing strategy
·  Sourcing requests (call for costing) activities for internal and external suppliers in cooperation with procurement
·  Planning of finance bid activities in cooperation with Commercial, Legal, Treasury, Insurance, Offset, Tac
·  Finance Risk & Opportunity Management
·  Pricing including cost, price, Business case and cash calculation
·  Price-Cost Analysis and challenge
·  Preparation of the finance proposal part
·  Management briefings

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  You are educated to a Master degree level in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent
·  You have gained a first experience in Finance
·  You have a good knowledge of Costing and Pricing
·  You are an advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel and database applications
·  You have a very high degree of commitment and initiative and a proactive, reliable and autonomous way of working
·  You have an innovative mindset and broad business acumen
·  You have a cooperative and constructive mindset and you are able to steer various stakeholder (on functional and hierarchical level)
·  You have excellent communication skills towards different stakeholders and across all levels of hierarchy and you like to work in a fast-moving challenging environment
·  You speak English and German to negotiation level, Spanish or Italian would be a plus
