Description of the job :
A vacancy for a Forensic Auditor (f/m) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse. You will join the Corporate Audit Departement

You will join an established professional forensic team within the Corporate Audit and Forensic function of Airbus. You will conduct forensic investigations of allegations of violations of laws and company policies within the Airbus Group (all Divisions, subsidiaries and related companies) as requested by Airbus executive committee members or senior compliance officers and may also perform forensic reviews / audits of processes to prevent and detect potential frauds.
You will report to the Head of Group for Forensic & Compliance, who in turn reports to the Corporate Audit & Forensic Senior Vice President.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Conducting investigations including reviews of specific allegations, collection of documentary evidence, analytical research and in-depth review of files, transactional information, interviews, electronic documents and evidence,
• Performing forensic reviews / audits of processes to prevent and detect potential frauds, identifying key facts and identifying recommendations that are practicable and accepted by the business,
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and national legislation including data protection regulations and other relevant laws governing the conduct of investigations,
• Preparing clear, concise and detailed investigation and forensic review / audit reports (in English) providing clear presentation of facts and evidence,
• Supporting the continued development of the Forensic & Compliance team processes and communication of best practices within the company.

This role will involve frequent travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

•Educated Finance or a related discipline and related working background,
•Experience in operating in a global multicultural environment,
•Ability to perform work with professionalism, precision and full respect of company policies, laws and regulations,
•Ability to review in depth and in detail financial, legal and other documentation,
•Ability to conduct effective interviews,
•Ability to effectively present information and answer questions from top management,
•Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other experts,
•Ability to manage multiple projects and manage effective use of own time,
•Language skills: Negotiation level in English and in German, ability to draft and write detailed reports in English.
