Description of the job

A vacancy for a Combat Junior Procurement Controller (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Manching. The successful applicant will join “TFOPA - Procurement Controlling Military Aircraft“.

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be responsible for all cost and cash planning activities for external services (supplier services in equipment and airframe) and internal services (cost centers productive hours, material costs, etc.)

Your main tasks will be:

·  Controlling of total external spend of these programs. Variance analysis, validation of deviations and drive actions plan to bridge the gap to the targets set
·  Management and control of budgets (netplans) for suppliers and internal services with the appropriate level of analysis and reporting
·  Evaluation and validation of all Combat Manching Procurement Performance Measures and coordination with Spanish perimeter.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  You are educated to a degree level in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
·  You have already gained some years of experience in Finance
·  You have excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office, especially in excel and you have a good knowledge of SAP
·  You have very good communication and negotiation skills towards different stakeholders and across all levels of hierarchy
·  You are a dynamic and proactive team player with the ability to adapt to changing environments
·  Furthermore you have strong analytic competences and a flexible and systematic way of working
·  You speak English and Spanish to negotiation level and intermediate German
