Description of the job

A vacancy for a Business Information Manager SAP CO/PS (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Elancourt.

Within Airbus the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is focusing on the operational deployment of digital projects that have demonstrated superior business value within the divisions and functions of Airbus. Digital Transformation is a strategic imperative and rich in business opportunities. DTO oversees the areas Data Analytics, New Business Models and Services, Digital Security (Cyber Security Programme), Information Management (IM), Digital Platform, Industrial Security and Digital Product Continuity within Airbus.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

You will be engaged in the transformation of our existing ERP Landscape towards most recent technology (S/4 HANA) encompassing business process convergence and harmonization.

This also includes:

·  Quality and end users satisfaction.
·  Provide specialist advice where appropriate for the Scoping, Development, Deployment/Implementation, Change Management, application Maintenance & Evolution of CO/PS solution. Provide End to End solutions focused on business outcome and User Experience.
·  Identify areas for improvement in business processes and provide feasible solutions based on S/4 HANA and ECC6.
·  Analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions writing requirements specification as well as technical specifications.
·  Configure/Customize the solutions following the established change process
·  Contribute as functional CO/PS expert to improve and roll-out projects. Lead respective work packages.
·  Manage subcontractor resources for project and service delivery mainly for development.
·  Maintain and further evolve the implemented CO/PS functionality. Act as CO/PS focal point and expert for all the requirements, ensuring service.

This role will involve travel for business in and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to master degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.
·  You have experience in information systems and project management.
·  German would be a plus.
·  Negotiation level in English and fluent in French.
