Are you a passionate BA (Business Analyst) who loves working with Logistics and Supply Chain? Looking for a role where you can play a pivotal part in bringing in new tools and new processes to transform and digitalize the Supply Chain and the Logistics? As a Business Analyst, specialising in Logistics and Supply Chain, you will be joining an established and knowledge sharing diverse team of 15 with huge possibilities to develop yourself . You will be working, closely, with internal customers and stakeholders and driving both local and transnational projects.

This role will require occasional European travel.

The successful candidate will need to be eligible to gain UK SC Security Clearance to undertake the role.

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Leading improvements and harmonization projects in Supply Chain and Logistics systems and tools.
·  Being close to Supply Chain and Logistics business identifying current improvement points in system landscape and way of working.
·  Identifying and proposing as business partner improvements measures align with business requirements.
·  Providing specialist advice where appropriate for the Scoping, Development, Deployment/Implementation, Change Management, Application Maintenance & Evolution of relevant Logistics Information Systems.
·  Foster harmonization in IS for Logistics and Supply Chain in overall Airbus Defence and Space.
·  Lead the change management activities after the deployment of any new tool.
·  Provides on-going tracking and monitoring of performance decision systems and statistical models.

Required skills

¤ Experience of ONE of the following SAP Logistics and Supply Chain domains:
¤ Material Management (SAP MM)
¤ SAP Warehouse Management System (SAP eWM / SAP WM)
¤ Analytical skills
¤ Good communication and presentation skills and a pro-active approach to problem solving
¤ The ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidiscipline team
¤ Project management skills.
¤ Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain

Experience in the following is desirable, however training is provided:

·  Agile/Scrum Methodology.
·  Digital tools knowledge.
