Airbus Toulouse is looking for the Assistant to the Head of Governance & Security Assurance (ZSG)

The Security Governance & Assurance (ZSG) team is accountable of defining the security model for Airbus, including all divisions and countries, ensuring compliance with international & national regulations and considering business requirements. It leads the project for deployment of these policies, methods, and tools.

The team is although the paramount and independent authority regarding all security audit and pentest activities in Airbus.

Security risks and KPI are consolidated in ZSG team for all the Security community of the Airbus group.

The team is roughly 30 people wide, with a great diversity in age, personal experience and technical skills.

On top of supporting the Head of ZSG you will be part of the department and then supporting other senior managers.

Tasks & accountability

As support to the Head of ZSG you will:

·  Run the office (phone filtering, calendar management, travel bookings and expenses, filing);
·  Organize meetings, workshops, events;
·  Take initiative and answer independently on phone or email;
·  Preparing presentations, speeches and formal communication for meeting and events;
·  Managing the information flow to the department
·  Ensure decision taken are widely communicated and understood by the team
·  Be focal point for internal Airbus or external requests
·  Ability to recognize and prioritize urgent tasks

 As Support to the ZSG department “under construction”, you will:

·  Provide support (managing calendars, travel, etc.) to other managers in the department (VP &    Senior Managers)
·  Organize team events across the organization
·  Administrating office equipment and managing office supplies
·  Support in communication through iShare, Portals and other channels

      

Required skills

You have a 2 or 3-year degree in Administration, Management Assistant or an equivalent domain and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

You are recognized for your: self-motivation, initiatives, team spirit and for your organizational skills.

Specific skills needed for the position are:

·  Advanced level of English and French
·  Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
·  GSuite knowledge would be a plus
·  Knowledge about Airbus processes and organization
·  Knowledge about Airbus administrative applications (Mytravel, Clicknbuy, Workday, SAP,   eVisitor, etc.),
·  Ability to work with multi-national teams, good relationships and team working spirit
·  Flexibility to adapt to fast changing and challenging situations
·  High degree of discretion, autonomy, assertiveness
·  Sense for figures, accuracy, and reliability
·  Develop own initiative, and willingness to work in a team and to cope with workload peaks
