Description of the job

ATR Flight Operations Support department delivers support, training and services to ATR operators.
The Flight Operations Support Manager works in direct link with airlines flight operations personal and ATR design office specialists from Flight Physics department.
The job is based in Toulouse within ATR Flight Operations Support department in ATR Training Center premises.

Tasks & accountabilities

Main activities consist in:
• Answering day to day customers queries related to flight operations
• Training airline ground operations personnel (ops engineers, dispatchers, safety personnel dealing with Flight Data Monitoring) on ATR A/C performance, Weight & Balance, Systems and Flight Data Monitoring
• Creating and updating flight operations brochures, notes and information messages
• Performing operational visits

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

Flight operation engineer or ATR pilot with airline background or experience with an aircraft manufacturer in same functions.
Required skills:
* Strong knowledge of ATR aircraft systems and performance
*Fluent English required / other languages welcome
* Office suite / performance and Weight & balance software
* Team spirit, customer focused, autonomous
