Description of the job

Inside the Products & Services division, this position will be join the Operations Control Centre (OCC) department in BLAGNAC, who is in charge of Spare parts delivery to customers (Airlines, MRO, and Brokers).

You will have the responsibility of the performance of the “fly-back” campaign of aircrafts bought by ATR.
You will be part of the management team for the ASSET group that deals with a fast growing activity concerning new aircraft sales.
The position covers the full spares process from core unit return to repair in shop including world-wide physical logistics.
As an important competitive lever for ATR in order to sell new aircraft this activity is strategic for both;

·  Assuring the efficiency of the old-aircraft fly-back process

·  Optimising the GMA premium ATR service
The main tasks of the jobholder will be to coordinate, control, correct and optimise the repair process fluxes in order to:

·  Make ASSET projects successful

·  Secure performance

·  Ensure customer satisfaction

Tasks & accountabilities

1/ ASSET activity support:

·  Daily follow-up of order backlog. Define order priorities, follow-up late deliveries and search for solutions to minimise delays and keep continuous customer communication.

·  Solve customer claims (quality, price, logistics …)

·  Create and manage KPI

·  Collaborate with internal services in order to increase efficiency and performance

·  Build, use and upgrade follow-up tools in the frame of an Excellence in Customers Service culture.

2/ Secure repair activity:

·  Bring and deploy customer mind-set in the repair team

·  Manage “Overall TAT” with all stakeholders

·  Create and/or define tools to increase productivity of this follow-up activity

3/ Ensure Customer Performance:

·  Improve performance by
o Challenging each responsible services of the global cycle (Front Office, Repair team, Stock management, logistics etc.)
o Challenging world-wide teams (Miami & Singapore)
o Challenging customers when needed (via Front-Office team)

·  Create and consolidate a process expertise, including physical and virtual (SAP) logistics flows with internal service responsibility

·  Participate to the backlog meetings

·  Propose and deploy continuous improvement (process & tools)

Required skills

·  Master degree certificate (Engineering or Economics School) with 2 to 3 years of professional experience

·  We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience :
o Knowledge :
 Strong experience in Aeronautics
 Logistics
 Maintenance
 Project management
 After-sale service
o Behaviour skills :
 Ability to work in transnational / transfunctional environment, with internal and external customers
 Sense of curiosity and team spirit, desire to learn for oneself and others
 Strong experience with Business Control activities
 Strong experience in Stakeholder Management (Interact, Influence and fostering relationships to deliver reliably)
o Language :
 Fluent level of English and French mandatory, Italian would be a plus
o Tools :
 Good level of Excel and VBA
 Knowledge of SAP
