Several vacancies for ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (m/f) have arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Blagnac.
You will be responsible for providing the daily support to the manager and the associated team for logistical and administrative aspects.
You will also be in charge of activities related to the planning and the organisation of events.
Missions for the management, recording, distribution and creation of communication supports are also to be expected.
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
¤ Managing the agenda and the messaging system
¤ Providing logistical support to the team (travels, mail, distribution of documents).
¤ Managing internal administrative tasks (management of team schedules, meetings)
¤ Drafting documents/communication support/minutes of meetings and reports
¤ Gathering and disseminating information
¤ Being in charge of receiving visitors and answering phone calls (point of contact for external interlocutors)
¤ Being in charge of travel management and expense claims
¤ Providing support to the team for administrative topics, as well as for the management of orders
¤ Providing support and being the point of contact for IT topics of the team
¤ Supporting budget management
¤ Possibly participating to the team's projects
¤ Monitoring actions/reporting and implementing performance monitoring indicators
¤ Organising various events (meetings, seminars, team boosters)

Required skills
The successful applicant should have the following skills and experience:
¤ 2 to 3-year degree in Management/Administration/Management Support/Bilingual
¤ Significant experience in the role of an assistant
¤ Skills in reporting/performance measurement/key indicator monitoring
¤ Proficient user of the MS Office suite
¤ Knowledge of how to use databases and exploit the information
¤ A negotiation level of French and English is mandatory
