Tasks & accountabilities

·  Support of our departments in the following areas of responsibility:

Creation of (customer) offers in SAP / B1 and JIRA Project Management Tool
Creation of (customer) orders in SAP / B1 and JIRA Project Management Tool
Creation, implementation and controlling of shipping orders and export processing
Coordination with customers regarding deliveries incl. escalation management
Creation, execution and controlling of supplier orders
Internal coordination with project managers in case of delivery delays

·  Independent process optimization of all processes in the area of responsibility (sales, purchasing and logistics)
·  Preparation and follow-up of management appointments and communication with customers in various decision-making stages
·  Creation of presentations for the management
·  Handling correspondence in German and English
·  Coordination of the data protection officer
·  Execution and controlling of dunning processes
·  Preliminary examination of contracts such as confidentiality agreements or cooperation Agreements

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Successfully completed apprenticeship or studies in Business Administration (Master or Bachelor) or a comparable qualification
·  You have at least 5 years experience in back office work and / or as assistant to the management
·  Experience in project management is desired
·  You have in-depth knowledge of ERP systematics (especially SAP B1 and JIRA)
·  You have good to very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote)
·  You have a strong service character towards both customers also colleagues
·  You see yourself as "problem solvers" for our customers
·  Experience in project management and controlling
·  Your strengths include structured work, creativity, high process orientation, commitment, team spirit and enthusiasm for the new
