Job Description

Make sure of products / systems availability over life cycle by performing related analysis, demonstrations, design influence and provision of support related data. Ensure that the system design is influenced by support considerations. This means the integration of Supportability requirements and processes (RAMT) into the Design of a Product/System from the conceptual and definition phases and based on in-service feedback to continue through its Life Cycle

·  Develop logistic relevant design requirements and integrate into design requirement documentation. 
·  Allocate logistic relevant design requirements within Product- / System- Structure.   
·  Contribute to availability concept and related analysis, test and demonstration plans.  
·  Perform RAMT analyses, test and demonstration to identify and predict product behavior, capabilities and characteristics in the related areas.   
·  Influence Design on basis of RAMTS analyses, test and demonstration results.
·  Analyse maintenance requirements and evaluate logistic resources.  
·  Determine Product- / System- Criticality and provide FMECA- Reports.  
·  Determine Life Cycle Cost and provide cost of ownership information.  
·  Collect, investigate and evaluate LSA data from internal and external Suppliers and provide LSA Database.  
·  Interface very closely to other disciplines within development process

Integration Facility

·  Configuration, administrating, monitoring and maintaining the complex CIF IT-Infrastructure (all types of simulation equipment and development environment)
·  Installation, configuration and operation of software systems
·  Analysing and error recovery and reporting within complex IT-systems
·  Close co-ordination with CIF Site Management and applicable ITGAs
·  Support of Secret Zone security related issues:
·  Managing the daily business w.r.t. classified Data (NR/NS), ITAR classified data, Export control
·  Training of personnel related to classified data, ITAR, export, HSE, IT Security
·  Regular conduction and documentation of hard- and software configuration
·  Participation in further education
·  Co-ordination with Joint Team w.r.t. integration- and test activities
·  Support of all CIF health and safety related issues, tools, infrastructure and equipment
·  Point-of-Contact for Joint Team Offices, suppliers, customers
·  Generation and update of IT Security concepts for Development Environment and for the Training Solutions
·  Consulting for JT team in connection of further IT strategy and obsolescence
·  Support procurement in preparation of an offer

Required Skills

·  Professional training in IT/Electrotechnics (Fachwirt / Techniker)
·  Experience in computer HW/SW maintenance / administration
·  IT security skills
·  Experience in administration of official control zone / official secret zone are beneficial
·  Good communication and diplomacy skills with an ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment
·  First aid officer
·  Fluent in German and Englisch
