Vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe Excellence Opérationnelle – Industrialisation FAL, chargée de supporter les montées en cadence et de réduire les coûts des lignes d’assemblage final de Mirabel (CAN) et Mobile (USA). Vous contribuerez ainsi à l’atteinte des objectifs prioritaires d’Airbus Canada et serez entourés de personnes passionnées et d’expérience.

L’équipe Industrialisation FAL est responsable de définir la stratégie industrielle des FALs A220, de déployer les projets d’amélioration identifiés comme critiques, et de supporter les activités de développement du produit afin d’identifier et limiter leur impact sur le plan manufacturier.

Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :

· 
Gérer des projets industriels menant à la réduction des cycles d’assemblage et à l’amélioration du produit, en optimisant :

· 
Les processus manufacturiers et les séquences d’assemblage ;

· 
Les postes de travail, l’outillage, les plateformes ;

· 
Le design du produit.

· 
Contribuer au développement de la stratégie industrielle et du plan manufacturier des deux FALs A220;

· 
Gérer plusieurs projets de petite à moyenne envergure en simultanés

· 
Définir la stratégie de réalisation de ses projets : contenu, portée, ressources, délai, coûts, risques, gestion de la qualité, communications et formation;

· 
Effectuer la planification des activités et la coordination du travail des ressources impliquées, agir en tant qu’interface entre les différents intervenants, gérer les attentes du client ainsi que les demandes de changement;

· 
Gérer les budgets et dépenses;

· 
Préparer et présenter les statuts d’avancement au comité de gestion;

· 
Engager et maintenir impliquées les ressources nécessaires à l’aboutissement des projets;

· 
Communiquer et présenter pour aller chercher les bons soutiens au niveau hiérarchique nécessaire;

· 
Participer au travail d’équipes multifonctionnelles à l’établissement et au maintien de la meilleure stratégie d’assemblage;

· 
Contribuer à l’élaboration de « business cases », qu’ils soient liés à des projets de nature techniques ou non;

· 
Agir en tant que leader du changement;

· 
Évaluer et supporter les initiatives liées à l’amélioration continue dans le domaine des procédés d’assemblage d’un aéronef.

En tant que candidat idéal,

· 
Vous détenez un baccalauréat en génie aérospatial, génie mécanique, génie industriel ou gestion des opérations (ou vous avez une expérience équivalente);

· 
Vous avez au moins 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un milieu manufacturier, dans l’implantation de projets industriels;

· 
Vous démontrez un niveau élevé de leadership et faites preuve de diplomatie et de résilience;

· 
Vous êtes capables de travailler avec la haute hiérarchie mais aussi avec les équipes de travail et les maintenir engagées;

· 
Vous êtes autonome, organisé et savez établir vos priorités;

· 
Vous démontrez des aptitudes en gestion de projets;

· 
Vous êtes un excellent communicateur, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et ce, en français et en anglais;

· 
Vous êtes en mesure d’évoluer dans un environnement régulièrement soumis à des changements et sous haute pression;

· 
Vous êtes proactif dans la définition de vos propres objectifs;

You will be working within the Operational Excellence – FAL Industrialization Team, in charge of supporting production ramp-ups as well as reducing the recurring costs of both final assembly lines in Mirabel (CAN) and Mobile (USA). You will contribute to achieve Airbus priority objectives and will be working with passionate and experimented individuals.

The FAL Industrialization Team is responsible of defining the industrial strategy of both A220 FALs, implementing critical improvement projects and supporting product development activities in order to assess and limit their impact on the manufacturing plan.

In your role, as a project manager, you will:

· 
Contribute to the development of the industrial strategy and the manufacturing plan of both A220 FALs;

· 
Manage industrial projects aiming to reduce assembly cycle and hours, such as

· 
Manufacturing process and assembly process / sequence improvement;

· 
Workstation, tooling, platforms improvement;

· 
Design changes.

· 
Act as a project manager for several small to medium-sized projects simultaneously:

· 
Define the project charter: content, scope, resources, timeline, costs, risks, quality management, communication and training;

· 
Plan activities and coordinate the work of the involved resources, act as the interface between stakeholders, manage expectations and change requests;

· 
Manage budget and expenses;

· 
Prepare and present status updates to the steering committee.

· 
Engage the resources necessary for the successful completion of projects and keep them involved;

· 
Communicate and present to seek the right support at the necessary hierarchical level;

· 
Participate in multifunctional workshops related to the definition or maintain of the best manufacturing strategy.

· 
Elaborate « business cases », whether related to technical project or not.

· 
Act as a change leader;

· 
Evaluate and support continuous improvement initiatives related to aircraft assembly process improvement.

As the ideal candidate,

· 
You have a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management (or equivalent experience);

· 
You have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, implementing industrial projects;

· 
You demonstrate a high level of leadership and demonstrate diplomacy and resilience;

· 
You are able to work with senior management but also with work teams and keep them engaged;

· 
You are autonomous, organized and know how to define priorities;

· 
You demonstrate skills in project management;

· 
You are a gifted communicator, written and spoken, in French and English;

· 
You are able to work in an environment where changes are frequent and pressure is high;

· 
You are proactive in defining your own objectives.
