A vacancy for an Accounting clerk for spare parts and repairs (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Manching. The successful applicant will join „TASMG3 - Invoice Management“.

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

Ensuring the external and internal subcontracting of the Eurofighter spare parts supply and repair orders, as well as the preparation of enquiries and quotations in SAP and the invoicing to the customer and supplier. The material management processes (ASD S2000M) defined by the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe must be adhered to with the military customer. Support of the system support between the Enhanced Logistic Material Support System (ELMASS) and the SAP area "EPS". In addition, the position holder is involved in coordinating and organizing cross-departmental tasks and participates in change and IT projects.

Order Processing and Accounting Spares and Repairs

·  Timely pricing in cooperation with the responsible commercial department and the official approval authority.
·  Answering requests for quotations and submitting quotations in SAP
·  Material master data creation and completion in PDM
·  Ensuring the delivery of orders to subcontractors.
·  Monitoring the billability of deliveries.
·  Control of the invoice flow, close to delivery
·  Create and monitor delta billing documents for customers and suppliers
·  Monitoring and reporting on core processes
·  Representative function for on behalf Invoicing
·  Incorporate price check results into the respective systems and initiate final invoicing for suppliers and customers Support tasks
·  Creation and supplementation of work instructions and process documentation
·  Organisation, preparation and follow-up of cross-departmental meetings/workshops.
·  Structuring of projects including the creation and coordination of schedules, monitoring of the project status and adherence to deadlines.

Required skills

You have the following knowledge and qualifications:

·  Completed studies (business studies or economics) or comparable education
·  First experience in a comparable role an advantage
·  Experience in handling SAP, ELMASS, EXCEL, PDM
·  High IT affinity
·  Fluent in German; advanced English skills
