Poste et missions:
A small team of jigs and tools department in Bremen is responsible for provision of jigs and tools used for wing equipping and assembling of aircraft components. This also includes activities of feasibility studies, preparation of the implementation, support and supervision of the implementation. All these activities have to meet specified process
- or workplace-related requirements.
Due the new challenges in provision of Jigs and Tools it needs to visualize their processes for the transparency for all stakeholders. Aim of this task is to adapt and improve the processes for more effectiveness in provision of Jigs and Tools.
Main task is to support the team within the daily business
- as PMO (Project Management Officer)
- Visualization of the process
- Implementation process board
- Simplify in usage and handling of documentation
- Creating reports
- Tracking KPI
Profil:
You offer:
- Master Degree within Industrial Engineering, Project Management or similar field of study
- Knowledge within project Management, calculation of resources, methods and tools of visualization and MS Office (Access)are desirable
- English: fluent
- German: would be a plus
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
