Poste et missions:
For Airbus we are looking or a VIE in the departments support projects and portfolios in Customer Service and Plants. The
Project Management Business Partners (PMBPs) are responsible for the full monitoring & controlling and performance
management including harmonization of processes & methods.
Projects and portfolios are normally handled by smaller teams of PMBPs, therefore teamwork is one key success factors for our
missions. Being an interface to all involved parties communication skills and a capability to foster exchange are of great
importance.
In this context, your main activities will include:
- Supporting the management of a Programme/Project through the application of project management processes, methods and
tools
- Preparing quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision-making at programme management level
- Project planning and time management (project structure plan)
- Risk and opportunity management
- Monitoring performance (following up project sections), controlling and reporting, inspecting sections
- Performing technical change management activities
- Carrying out configuration monitoring of contract-related data
- Being in charge of process and tool management.
Profil:
You offer:
- University degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering or similar field of study
- Good knowledge within MS Office is necessary
- English: negotiation level
- German: Beginner
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
