For Airbus Defence and Space in Friedrichshafen within the department Space Equipment Engineering we are looking for a VIE
- Process Improvement Representative.
- Maintain locally the engineering process implementation
- Drive the local analysis using the "go-look-and-see" approach
- Participate, animate engineering processes improvement activities
- Using lean-engineering tools or value stream mapping methodology
- Monitoring of the engineering processes, via defined KPIs
- Analyze the local trends to feed the engineering process management
- Harmonize local processes and procedures
- Ensure engineering processes documents are up to date
Required Skills:
University degree within Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar field of study
- First experience in Process Management/Lean Improvement welcome
- English: fluent, negotiation level
- Basics in German would be helpful
- French will be a plus
