Poste et missions:
For Airbus in Hamburg within the department Ethics & Compliance we are looking for a VIE Ethics & Compliance (m/f).
Your main activities will include:
- Ensuring an end-to-end compliance management process with the aim of all company members being fully aware of, properly
understand and are aligned to its core values and the mission, i.e. protect Airbus people, the company and its reputation
- Maintaining the highest standards within the areas of Ethics and Compliance, In-Situ-Subcontracting, ICO and Export Control
- Supporting the Airbus E&C program team members and local networks and stakeholders, both in Germany and centrally, as to
general E&C, In-Situ Subcontracting, ICO and Export Control, with respect to prevent, detection and respond.
Profil:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- University degree in Law or Business Administration
- Legal background, ideally knowledge of labour law
- Understanding of Export Control
- Ethics & Compliance awareness
- Presentation and MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
- A negotiation level of English
- Willingness to learn German
