Poste et missions:
Airbus ProtoSpaces are a global network of innovation labs our employees to work on innovative ideas. ProtoSpaces are
characterized by a co-location of Design Spaces for creativity and project scoping and Prototyping Labs with an adequate
amount of equipment for light and medium prototypes. The Prototyping Facilities are extended by a ProtoNet, which offers many
more and special equipment for more detailed prototypes and can easily be accessed. Technology lectures and other inspiring
events are organized to engage the community of innovators.
ProtoSpace is continuously growing an "Innovators Ecosystem" inside Airbus: we attract colleagues, who have an idea and want
to make it fly!
For Airbus in Hamburg within the department Airbus Innovation Lab "Protospace" we are looking for a VIE
- Community
Management Support.
Start: June 2017
Duration: 12 months
To be attractive for innovators we need you to take care of a sustainable "Community Management". The portfolio of means for
that consists of Event Management, TechTalks, Community Meetings, Open Days, MeetUps, Hackathons, University Projects,
agile SPRINTs, ProtoSpace Academy and Community Support.
The innovations are delivered to internal customers. We need to keep in close contact with these customers. Setting up and
running a Customer Relationship Management with focus on New Project Acquisitions, Event Information, Campaign Support
and SPRINT proposals will be an important task. All these activities are embedded in a communication strategy and supported
by Marketing Campaigns with means of Public Relations, Communication, Blogging, E-Mail, Surveys as well as active Award
Management. All these tasks need to be aligned with all ProtoSpaces across the Airbus sites. And some of the tasks might be
performed on other sites as well. Thus travel might be necessary. Furthermore you will help to manage and improve our Support
Process: Finance (Budgeting, Controlling, Funding), Fast Procurement, HR (Student Management), Partner Management
(ProtoNet Partners, other ProtoSpaces, BizLab, Leadership Academy, Other Innovation Spaces), IP Screening.
Profil:
You offer:
- University degree in Business Administration, Arts, Social Sciences, Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Industrial
Engineering or similar
- A distinctive technical understanding is essential, practical experiences in business are beneficial
- English: Negotiation level
- German: Intermediate
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently as well as highly
organised.
