ADNEOM is a consulting company specialized in Business & Management, IT and Engineering.
Your mission:
Business :
- Prospection of new clients
- Research, prospection of new customers, definition of their needs;
- Development of existing customers;
- Participation in the negotiation, or renegotiation of the customers’ contracts;
- Answers of RFP and RFQ.
Recruitement :
- Identification of candidates corresponding with your client’s needs;
- Recruitment of consultants according to Adneom’s scope and strategy.
Management :
Follow-up and management of your team in collaboration with the HR team.
Your profil :
You are fluent in French or Dutch and English
You are motivated, responsive, organized and have strong interpersonal skills;
Your self-discipline and your sense of initiatives and creativity will be your key assets to succeed;
You acquired or are about to acquire a masters’ degree from a recognized Business School or faculty; you have strong interests in HR and/or in IT & engineering;
A good knowledge of the Office Suite is necessary
