Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Contribute to meeting/exceeding regional in season sales and by ensuring the efficient and effective execution of the visual merchandising direction, product knowledge training and reorder sales in assigned retailers.

Area:

Various roles accross the UK & Ireland.

Visual Merchandising:

· Visual merchandising of assigned retailers (keys and field)
· Ensure correct use and positioning of In-Store POS and communication tools
· Dress in-store mannequins and place props correctly
· Identify and report on store needs and opportunities to drive incremental sales
· Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values

Training:

· Provide product knowledge training to shop floor staff of assigned retailers
· Set retail standards for adiGolf in assigned stores
· Use Seasonal Brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions
· Communicate product features and benefits and unique selling points clearly

Sales and Reporting:

· Review sales and gaps in store and suggest and place reorders
· Complete visit reports daily/weekly
· Work alongside regional ASM prospecting new business.
· Competitor analysis and reporting
· Work alongside regional ASM to maintain POS audit

KPI’s:

· As a member of the sales team, VM is responsible for the brand image and positioning in within his/her assigned retailers.
· As a member of the sales team, effectively contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans, which meet current and future business needs, and in line with agreed financial targets and profit

Authorities:

· Manage personal costs and T&E

Key Relationships:

· To establish a collaborative, cooperative team culture and fulfilment of company values both internally and externally of the company.

Professional Experience

· Proven experience of working as a VM or in a retail environment
· Ideally with a proven knowledge of golf retail/wholesale, Sports or a Fashion Market place
· Excellent interpersonal skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· English proficiency
· Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Understanding and proficient knowledge of current social media platforms
· Full clean driving license

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

· 4.5 days per (normal/non launch) weekexpected travel within your area visit customers for sales, business meetings, staff training and VM etc
· 1 Saturday per monthexpected to work (week day in lieu)
· Role will cover a large geographical area within the UK
· Additional travel maybe also be required to HQ and international when required by the business
