TALENT ACQUISITION TRAINEE

The adidas Talent Acquisition team in Zaragoza is seeking for a dedicated, organized, and committed individual for a 12 months Trainee contract. This program will provide qualified graduates with the opportunity to gain hands on experience in assisting our team. Candidates will learn what it is like working inTalent Acquisitionwithin an international organization and will be part of a dynamic team charged with creating the new for our brand.

Areas of collaboration & learning:

· Developing & implementing proactive, innovative and multi-faceted strategies for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top Business & IT talent.
· Leveraging high-level communications skills with key stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing marketplace insights and setting process goals & expectations.
· Maintain and manage eRecruiting solution (SuccessFactors) with candidate activity updates.
· Sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, and direct recruiting.
· Participate in employer branding initiatives, supporting and attending job fairs and recruitment events.

Requisites for the internship position:

· University degree in Labor Relations or HR.
· Energetic team player & creative mindset.
· Excellent communication skills & strong customer focus.
· Fluent Spanish & English (written/verbally).
· Microsoft Office medium knowledge (mainly in Excel and Power Point).
· MAXIMUM 2 years of previous experience.

We offer a 12 months’ full time (40h per week)trainee contract in our headquarters in Zaragoza, Spain.
