Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
・Support the product creation process for Golf Category for the Asia Region, ensuring it is consistent with global brand strategy / positioning, and meeting the specific consumer & market requirements for Asia (Japan, Korea, GCA, and SEA) to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
· Influence and implement strategic product and market direction.
· Manage product creation process for both Japan & Rest of Asia markets and execute fully integrated sell-in packages with GTM counterparts from product brief to sell out process.
· Develop expertise in sport, consumers, accounts, market & trends to build and make decisions on product ranges, distribution, and retail price settings.
· Plan and initiate product briefs building with relevant Dept. (Design, Development and Logistics) which give clear product direction & information.
· Decision making when it comes to product creation such as garment constructions, fabric selections and fitting.
· Analyze & report category business performance.
· Communicate effectively and smoothly to counterparts from other functions (global team, C2C, Design and Development).
· Present ranges/products to Japan & Rest of Asia markets & global team. Also externally to key retailers.
· Maintain all product information systems (MP2, GIM Tool, etc.) for all responsible categories.
· Manage and drive seasonal category plan with target SKU, FOB, GIM and buying volume.
· Build market/retailer network for qualitative product feedback from our key markets.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
・PC skills.
・English communication skills (GTEC 600 or TOEIC 730).
・Minimum of 2-3 years product creation experience with APP or ACC background.
・Experience in marketing or sales is helpful.
