Accountabilities:

Planning

· Plan monthly assortment per own store(FO)
· Plan product monthly launch schedule according to marketing calendar and store stock status
· Plan with logistics department shipment & delivery on schedule
· Analyze daily and historical sell-through data to deliver the best assortment per store

Management

· Coordinate store managers, operations team and internal AP team assortment needs per month
· Consolidate these needs into an efficient assortment range
· Analyse daily sell-through and adjust assortments and deliveries to ST results
· Actively participates to the retail KPI’s delivery
· Manage with Logistics team on-time delivery of all assortments in accordance with store sell-in and sell-through targets, provide promotion and discount

Financial

· Manage assortment quantities in accordance with store sell-in and sell-through targets
· Average discount rate per month

Systems and Processes

· Manage with retail systems and retail database
· Manage with retail and logistic process and back-office procedures

People Management

· None

Training

· Participate in systems training
· Participate in Products seasonal presentation and technology training as well as merchandising training

Professional background / Experience:

· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in merchandising department
· Good communication skills
· Open-mindedness
· Good interpersonal skills
· Good understanding of retail business

Education:

University Degree

IT skills:

High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft products and databases

Language skills:

English fluency and Mandarin fluency
