Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Responsible for the correct and timely execution and handling of standard wage and salary statement, including the observance of tariff, tax and social security (SV) legal requirements. Act as contact person for incoming HR related requests and provide support in ongoing special tasks and projects .

Key Responsibilities:

· Be a contact person for the HR community and all employees regarding general HR Services issues
· Handle standard inquiries & support through ticket self-service, eMail and telephone
· Timely execute HR Services related inquiries according to defined processes in compliance with tariff and works agreements.
· Execute data maintenance and administration of Organizational Management (OM) and Personal Administration (PA) in an accurate and timely manner according to defined process
· Execute user acceptance testing for HR Services specifically defined cases
· Assist in the preparation of mass data Uploads
· Provide consistent information to employees, HR Services and HR Partners on general topics according to the process and knowledge database
· Keep knowledge base up to date in close cooperation with all HR Services specialists
· Process regular HR data audits to ensure compliance and data quality according to defined process
· Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures
· Suggest modification of systems and processes in order to ensure correct execution of laws and compliance to company policies
· Provide input for creation of user manuals
· Provide input for communication of standards, procedures and processes to employees, internal customers and Works Council
· Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts
· Support preparation of training material and trainings on HR Services topics

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Commercial education
· Experience with business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR
· 1-3 years of work experience within HR and Payroll
· Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
· Fluent in English and German verbal and written
· International, continuous improvement and service oriented mind-set
· Handle complaints in a friendly manner
· Willingness to continuously broaden and deepen HR process knowledge
