Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Manage the HR Process Administration team in order to process all defined processes and services and respond to all incoming tickets and inquiries as experts for HR Services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the HR Process Administration team and the service delivery per service level agreements and global HR Services guidance
· Manage documentation, execution, auditing and continuous improvement of HR administration processes, regarding Mobility, Base pay, Variable pay, Leave and Absence, Benefits
· Define processes end to end within HR Services with HR Services Operations and HR Services team and in alignment with global process definitions
· Initiate continuous improvement of processes, focusing on automation and the use of standardized tools and procedures that ensure consistency and efficiencies, and adherence with global HR Services roadmap and process definitions
· Supervision of team and people management. This means in detail:
· Manage and develop the HR Process Administration team,
· Ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities in the team as well as the entire HR Services team and HR Organisation
· Take full responsibility for the performance, observe targets and achieve KPI’s
· Manage implementation of of HR Processes Administration services, processes, systems and tools according to HR Services roadmap
· Provide professional advice in the area of HR Processes Administration services, processes, tools, and programs
· Provide input and drive activities to ensure continuous improvement of HR Services concept, processes and knowledge base in close cooperation with HR Services management team
· Liaise with HR Service Centre and other HR Services teams to ensure proper handling of inquiries, requests and tasks, that are executed within HR Services and/or passed on to the HR Processes Administration team
· Ensure timely communication of standards, procedures and processes to employees, managers, HR and Works Council
· Respond to more complex, escalated enquiries from team members and resolve difficult enquiries from and recommend solutions for Rewards Expert/Partner colleagues, HR Partner and employees
· Adhere to global policies and guidelines, as well as to global and local data protection and data privacy regulations
· Maintain sound business relationship within and between HR Services teams and with HR Partners and Experts

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University/Commercial education
· 8+ years of relevant work experience in a multi-national environment
· 3+ years of management experience
· High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP-HR and ticketing solutions
· Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
· First project management experience
