PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Contribute to the development of the market's implementation plan for the Global Brand Activation strategy for wholesale Omni-Channel Marketing initiatives and activities in Training, Young Athletes and Heart Beat Sports category across the accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and execute Training, Young Athletes and Heart Beat Sports category’s implementation plan of the Global Brand Activation strategy into the seasonal account plan with creating and executing the initiatives in line with brand guidelines.
· Input to Global Concepts-to-Consumer on any additional local retail marketing needs and global toolbox performance through Omni Channel Marketing lead.
· Ensure the alignment of Brand Calendar and Key account calendar on Training, Young Athletes and Heart Beat Sports Categories.
· Ensure the Category plan of Training, Young Athletes and Heart Beat Sports is well integrated for promoting the brand as well as sell-through by managing SWB with closer relationship with Sales and Account
· Manage retail space solutions of Training, Young Athletes and Heart Beat Sports across all Wholesale accounts by partnering with Sales and other Brand activation functions, OC VM/ICS, Brand Comms, etc.
· Make sure positive ROI on both planning and execution phase for Training, Young Athletes and Heart Beat Sports wholesale Omni Channel marketing initiatives across all key accounts and be accountable for it.
· Control budget with understanding forecast and monitoring record.

KPI’s:

Achieve Training, Young Athletes and Heart Beat Sports categories’ Sell-out target in wholesale channel as well as securing the right brand presence and service for NPS contribution.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

· Progressive experience in brand marketing and/or sales (preferably in wholesale and in the sporting goods industry)
· Proven track record of managing simultaneous projects.
· Advanced user of MS Office suite of products

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant Marketing fields
· Demonstration of strong leadership
· Fluent in English and Japanese
· Passion for sports and marketing
