Purpose

Be part of the globalSales Direct to Consumer unit and drive Consumer Centricity projects.

MAIN PROJECT: Embed a consumer centric mindset into the adidas organization by implementing a 360 degree Net Promoter System. Collaborate with global functions, markets and channels to turn the vision to life and enable them to live consumer centricity.

Key Accountabilites

Lead and orchestrate NPS roll-out in market together with global and market stakeholder (IT, product owner, etc.)

•Identify locally required NPS enhancements (e.g. addt’l triggers) with market lead and plan & sequence NPS roll-out in line with all NPS backlogs and capacity/ budget availability
•Orchestrate all global and market NPS stakeholder in rolling-out NPS concept and product to market
•Quality check roll-out with defined check-lists

Own and drive full NPS embedding (incl. training and Change Management) in NPS market function

•Identify relevant NPS stakeholder in market, prepare & conduct on-boarding and facilitate ongoing communication
•Be single point of contact for market for NPS during roll-out & embedding and also for further local enhancements
•Build NPS capabilities in market by preparing and giving regular trainings in NPS operationalization (e.g. call back)

Own tracking and monitoring of NPS roll-out and embedding progress and compilation of roll-out success stories

•Own tracking and monitoring of NPS roll-out and embedding progress across all roll-out markets
•Compile and aggregate roll-out and embedding success stories and prepare for reporting to senior leadership
•Collect market and cross-functional key NPS needs and address to relevant stakeholder in global

Knowledge, Capabilties and Experience

•Leadership: At adidas no direct reports; workstream in Experience NPS team with high x-market impact and broad stakeholder management (Frontline & back-office in market and global)
•Problem solving: Change management and capability building from scratch in new market/ for new service/ trigger; removal roll-out impediments
•Experience/ knowledge: +5 years of working experience, ideally in adidas (global & market); +1 year experience in consumer NPS
•Communication: X-market training and change mgmt.; orchestration and alignment of global and market stakeholder for roll-out

Qualifications

· University degree or equivalent education required
· Minimum of 5 years of working experience in related job or job function.
· Ideally: Knowledge in areas such as, Direct to Consumer,Change Management, Consumer Centricity
