Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
:

Project and construction management of remodelling/construction measures at the adidas sites globally in order to ensure a seamless operational procedure of the technical and structural installations and facilities, taking into account business and safety-related goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, organise and control remodelling and renovation projects (from kitchen installation to the renovation of entire buildings)
· Document and maintain data on buildings, facilities and contracts
· Adhere to maintenance and safety standards
· Develop, plan, organise, tender, assign and manage structural renovation and remodelling projects
· Project management (schedule, quality and cost control, representation of the owner, steering of external architects and technical planners)
· Compile tender/price comparisons; review proof of performance and invoices
· Record, organise and maintain documentation files (proof of maintenance and inspection)
· Contract management, defect tracking and warranty management (apply contracts, recognise and utilise warranty)

Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications
:

· Degreein Architecture or Civil Engineering orFacility Management or broad experienceas sitemanager in the construction industry or as facility manager
· Experience in the field of project work and construction management
· 3-5 years relevant work experience
· Knowledge in structural engineering and technical equipment in buildings
· Knowledge in the application of MS Office products
· Organisational talent
· Structured way of working
· Readiness to exchange knowledge
· FluentEnglish skillsrequired, German is a plus
