Zweck & Gesamtrelevanz für die Organisation:

Industrielle Produktion von Straßenschuhen und Sportschuhen (insbesondere für den Bereich Fußball, Olympic Sports).

Anfertigung von Spezialschuhen im Rahmen von Sonderprojekten.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

· Diverse Arbeitsgänge welche laut Lohngruppenverzeichnis[1] der Schuhindustrie in den Lohngruppen 1-6 eingestuft sind, wobei die Haupttätigkeiten in den Lohngruppen 4-6 liegen.
· Um diese einzelnen Arbeitsgänge mit einer 100%igen Qualifikation ausführen zu können, liegt die Anlernzeit bei diesen Arbeitsgängen in der Regel bei 6 Wochen.
· Beispielarbeitsgänge:
· Sohlen auflegen (auch mit pressen) (Lohngr. 6; Lfd Nr. 368)
· Schnittfräsen bei vorgefertigter Sohle an Spezialmaschine (Lohngr. 5; Lfd Nr. 207)
· Hinterkappen einkleben (Lohngr. 4; Lfd Nr. 271)

Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten:

· Handwerkliches Geschick und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
· Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
· Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Benötigte Ausbildung und Erfahrung / Mindestanforderung:

· Handwerklich-technische Ausbildung erforderlich (Ausbildung zum Schuhfertiger bevorzugt)
· Mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktion
