Key Responsibilities:

Management

· Plan/Management/Deliver store operation resource
· Manage store retail operations and ensure delivery of commercial targets/KPI’s
· Manage the implementation of the communication/PR/event plan
· Manage the store brand experience implementation
· Manage direct teams

Financial

· Deliver annual financial targets and budgets for store
· Deliver specific reporting required

Business Intelligence

· Report the defined business/marketing information captured at the store level according to plan
· Deliver/support ad hoc requests when requested
· Plan specific store internal workflows and processes

HR Management

· Set performance and development plans with direct reports; review and evaluate performance
· Manage subordinates and their teams (stores and back-office)
· Recruit and train shop assistants according to plan
· Liaise with local authorities and partners

Training and Development

· Implement all existing retail trainings
· Pioneer new trainings and tracking tools to ensure perfect customer service

KPI:

Store retail operations KPI’s, financial KPI’s, BE tracking, MSP tracking, retail marketing KPI’s – all these KPI’s to be defined on a yearly base

Experience / Skills Required:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing megastore in the world for leading mid high end retailers; Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in store experience
