Purpose: Create Global retail concept environments, standards and Guidelines, including all future and refinement of concepts. Create concepts, including mono-label stores, Core stores, Brand Centers, and other distribution models across owned and franchise networks and special programs. Develop guidelines and tools for markets to implement the concepts. Develop Concepts and 3D tools for each adidas Label that respond to the target consumer profile.

Key Accountabilities:

Partner with the Centres of Excellence relevant teams to create clear requirements and development of guidelines, structure and positioning for markets to implement the concepts whilst ensuring continued alignment to Brand objectives and positioning

· Improve processes
· Conceptualized new methods or processes.
· Monitor the Retail industry (brick and mortar and digital) for best practices that are appropriate and can be adapted for adidas.
· Manage change and innovations in Retail Design.
· Conceptualise and sell in new Retail Design ideas
· Manage Resources:
· Manage project budgets as assigned.
· Coordinate between department tactics and operational objectives.
· Work independently and collaboratively
· Additional assignments or special projects as assigned or agreed.

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:

· Fully qualified and experienced in specialised store design, with combined theoretical and practical knowledge.
· Strong organisation skills and flexibility
· Proven track record in project management
· English fluent : verbal, written & spoken. Another European language is an advantage.
· IT: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects advanced. Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Indesign)
· Visualisation skills – 2D hand sketching & 3D CAD rendering skills (Sketchup, Vectorworks, 3DMax or similar) to illustrate design ideas
· Furniture design, material knowledge & detailing skills are an advantage
· VM and In-Store Communication knowledge are an advantage

Qual ifications:

· Business or Design Degree (Architecture – Interior Design)
· 4 - 6 years relevant experience in retail development and design including fashion retailing
· 1+ years working with global markets, or a key adidas market.
· 1+ years project or process management experience
