Purpose

This role is responsible for maximising the profitable DtC & Franchise sales growth by supporting the implementation of these consistent Real Estate strategies, processes, reporting tools & disciplines in all markets.

Key Accountabilites

· Own the development and distribution of Real Estate portfolio reports, and governance of expansion activities.

Generate regular store reports : Trading stores, new openings, remodels, closures, upcoming lease events, Key Cities expansion/investment tracking, Competitors expansion

Governance and driving action : Regularly track closures and remodels vs plan. Develop forums/outlets for review. Align with markets and Global stakeholders on store level action plans influencing the markets remodel and closure plans.
· Manage Real Estate reporting communication across all key functions to align and drive decisions on identified priorities.
· Partner with markets and ensure that agreed actions are followed through.

Market portfolio analysis : Analyse regularly key store performance metrics (e.g productivity, profitability, space, net sales, occupancy cost) and provide market to store level portfolio optimisation recommendations.

Maintenance and enhancement of portfolio management tools : Regularly update the Closures, Store Lifecycle, Store Potential tools and implement improvements as required.
· Other duties as requested by your manager.

Knowledge, Capabilites and Experience

· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to reveal deeper insights/ improve business processes
· Highly results driven and self-motivated team player with compassion, integrity, trust and perseverance
· Project management skills
· Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, particularly excel and powerpoint
· Stakeholder Management
· Good presentation skills

Qualifications

· University degree and/or commercial training in the area of Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales is preferred
· 3+ years’ work experience in related area
· Fluent in English
