Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Strategy & Delivery department remit is to define the broader strategy frame for Digital Brand Commerce (DBC) and turn it into actionable reality through orchestrating the delivery of the end-to-end landscape of DBC. This extends further to owning the strategy through to implementation of functional areas of Consumer Engagement, Mobile Apps, and Retail Digital.
Within the Digital Market Development team your primary responsibility is to document and support process creation to enable best practice sharing throughout the roll-out phase. You will also support implementation of the roll-out into markets, with market capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Define and document global standards for existing and newly created market roll-out requirements
· Define and document global standards for existing and newly developed site operations procedures
· Define and document the different operation options available depending on market status
· Create and document new ways of working within Market Development Team
· Create training material for markets how to support operational needs
· Document and share best practice guidance of site features and templates available
· Share best practice guidance on Consumer Engagement, Marketing & Content publishing working in close collaboration with Global DBC owners.
· Support Operations team with their process improvement reviews and document changes
· Support with legal compliance topics within development markets, and define and document processes applicable.
· Work in cross-functional teams, support decision taking and be pragmatic about managing different expectations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· Experienced in Process creation and Documentation
· Good organizational and communication skills
· Stays cool in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Can-do attitude and still attention to detail
· Comfortable with ambiguity, flexibility, tenacity, eagerness to learn
· Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work independently
· Ability to work in an international team
· Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing Management / Administration
· 3+ years work experience ideally in eCommerce environment
