Purpose

At Reebok, we believe that through fitness, people can improve themselves physically, mentally and socially, because we can all Be More Human. This position will help us spread this message by providing data and insights that improve the quality and efficiency of our marketing communications in Western Europe.

We are looking for a Digital Analyst with a passion for measurement and insight techniques to maximize the ROI of marketing and advertising across digital channels. This individual will drive Reebok Western Europe’s digital presence by creating fact-based insights that can drive action for paid media, social media, digital publishing and public relations. She or he will work to continuously improve Reebok Western Europe’s understanding of the consumer, leading to improved communication strategies.

Key Accountabilites

· Drive digital analytics services (Social/PR/Web/Influencer) to achieve our business goals
· Record, analyse and interpret data from Reebok’s digital presence
· Interpret our consumers’ behaviour to help Reebok understand and engage our audience
· Provide decision-making insights and reporting that drive business outcomes
· Assist in generating actionable insights to support campaign and activation optimization and content creation
· Drive actionable insights to support the effectiveness of marketing spend via KPIs, reports and dashboards
· Ensure that the data is relevant and accurate
· Keep up to date on the development of the digital ecosystem (key trends in technologies, players, vendors, etc.)
· Connect with cross-functional departments to ensure flawless execution and seamless connection plans
· Build and drive relationships with external resources and partners

Knowledge, Capabilites and Experience

· Ability to translate data into meaningful insights
· Passion for data collection and analysis, consumer trends and the sports/health and fitness industry
· Collaborative, solution-oriented attitude; able to play the role of team leader or contributor with equal dedication
· Good presentation skills and excellent communicator
· Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-country and matrixed organization
· Good interpersonal/communication skills and very high level of strategic thinking
· Experience in digital marketing campaign analyses and insights creation
· Professional deep understanding of an ever-changing digital landscape and advanced experience in project management.
· Strong analytical, numerical, strategic and influencing skills
· Ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by multiple functions as well as ability to manage and / or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups: product marketing, communications, social, digital
· Working knowledge of:
· Analytics tools, e.g. Adobe Analytics, Tubular Labs, Simply Measured, Sprinklr, Crimson Hexagon, Socialbakers, CrowdTangle, Google Analytics, etc.
· Office Software
· Digital channels (social, owned and emerging technologies)
· Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion/entertainment industry
· Strong presentation and organizational skills

Qualifications

· 3-5+ years marketing experience, ideally will have agency experience and/or have worked within the sports or consumer goods industry
· Data analytics experience
· Degree-educated, preferably in communications or equivalent industry experience
· Global mindset and ability to work cross-culturally; Experience within different countries and/or different cultures preferred
· Fluent written and spoken English language skills
