Your Project (IWMS) :
To make our departmental work even more efficient and faster, our project team establishes a new IWMS (= integrated workplace management system). With this software we facilitate processes, provide a new data base and make life even easier for our employees. All this is not only placed in Herzogenaurach, but also is up to be relevant for the whole adidas Group worldwide. Due to a lot of up-coming tasks and new perspectives, working at Global Workplaces becomes even more interesting and exciting. Your Project (Global FM Tender):

The Global Facility Management Tender aims to find the perfect facility management service approach per region. Working for the Global FM Tender means having the whole experience of managing a successful project – from the first scratch to the final decisions. Your Tasks:

· Support of our project managers to develop and implement project goals
· Project documentation
· Development and preparation of presentations
· Assistance with regard to strategic decisions
· Accompany of different sub-projects
· Project assistance

Your Profile:

· Student of business studies, communications,facility management or similar
· Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship. Or in the so called gap year between Bachelor and Master´s degree (only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations!).
· Very good MS Office skills
· Very good communication and analytical skills
· Fluent in English and German
· Independent, curious, organized
