B Shift, 6am – 6pm, Thu/Fri/Sat every other Sun
Purpose
: The Heat Transfer Operator position exists to properly manufacture garments using various heat press equipment. The Heat Transfer Operator function encompasses all aspects of the heat transfer process from twill, rhinestones, transfers, foil. The Heat Transfer Operator will work closely with the Coordinator to follow daily heat transfer production priorities, complete orders in a timely manner with the highest possible quality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible daily, per shift, for ensuring proper heat transfer application as requested on grid sheets.
· Responsible for correct STAR production documentation of neck label, rhinestone, foils, and other applications.
· The Heat Transfer Operator, as directed by Coordinator, will assist in training new associates on various heat press equipment.
· Responsible for exceptional cleanliness of heat transfer areas. All areas are to be clean prior to shifts’ end.
· Responsible for maintaining the highest quality on all items produced.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
· Superior math and analytical skills
· Previous production experience required
· Proactive, can-do attitude requiring minimal supervision a must
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· High School diploma required, post-secondary education preferred
· Minimum 1 year previous applicable experience preferred
