Purpose

Creating, governing, promoting and enforcing the consistent application of best practice project-, and Change-management standards and methods, with the goal to drive and improve overall project quality, for x-functional initiatives, within DBC. Increase visibility and add transparency throughout project delivery of the project portfolio.

Key Accountabilities

· Responsible to design, Govern, promote and enforce the use of best practice Project -, and change-Management processes across the DBC organization.
· Drive implementation of these best practices within the organization so consistent process adherence is achieved.
· Responsible for Evaluation and active improvement of the quality of project management processes and projects.
· Coordinate and drive activities of the GIT Demand process.
· Create reporting setup and Monitor and report on key DBC x-functional initiatives to Senior Management.
· Develop project management trainings for internal Project Managers.
· Continuously develop and enhance project management methodology to serve the needs of DBC.
· Govern project compliance to DBC and corporate standards and support internal and external project audits.
· Responsible to ensure alignment and consistency of all cross-functional activities for all DBC teams.
· Be the E2E process expert for DBC Project & Change management processes and act as a consultant to link, create and enhance existing and new processes across functions, channels and markets.
· Document knowledge and new processes and make it easily available.
· Independent communication with global functions and markets with respect to best practice sharing & consultation, roll-out and implementation planning.
· Maintain expertise of the DBC space by monitoring the industry, networking with partners, and keeping a pulse check of internal adidas initiatives.

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

· Proven experience in setting up or running a PMO function.
· Proven experience in Project Management.
· Ability to align and coordinate between multiple parties with differing priorities in order to achieve a satisfactory outcome for all involved.
· Structured approach to new subject matters, in order to understand the impact and dependencies of requests.
· In depth experience with change management.
· Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
· Very good understanding of E2E system landscape and business processes.
· Communication skills across teams and hierarchy levels (on global and market level).
· Expert user of MS Office suite of products.
· Expert in Retail Process & Systems & E-com - end to end understanding.
· Fluent in English.
· Project management skills and a systematic and structured approach.
· Influencing skills.

Qualifications

· University degree in business, ideally with Retail, Process, Finance or System focus or equivalent professional experience.
· Min 5 years functional experiences ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.
· Exposure: Retail Processes, Supply Chain and IT process, Change Management.
· 8 - 10 years systems and processes experience.
· 3-5 years management experience.
