Purpose

· Market Europe defined Consumer Obsession as top priority and is dedicated to deliver the best Omnichannel Brand & consumer experience across all touchpoints. With growing Omnichannel initiatives in Retail and eCom the consumer will benefit from an improved experience. Europe Supply Chain Management is committed to support the strategic initiatives of Europe Retail/Franchise and eCom Channels by providing excellent delivery services and availability.
· The purpose of this role is to execute day-to-day operational tasks and to create transparency about SCM Omnichannel performance by providing regular reports and analysis.

Key Accountabilities

· Full understanding of supply chain processes, in specific Retail and knowledge of the systems being used to recognize interdependencies between systems and processes, their impact on the business and challenge potential changes
· Execute assigned day-to-day operational processes
· Perform regular process reviews, improvement and definition. Prepare process documentation.
· Continuous monitoring of processes and performance metrics (KPI’s) and SLA’s
· Regular detailed data analysis and identification of performance issues. Take over ad hoc requests outside of standard reporting routine
· Collaboration within the team and other functions to identify and highlight issues for low performance , define and track actions
· Ensure data accuracy across the systems
· Development and regular creation of operational and management reports/dashboards

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

· Reliable and motivated team player with very strong problem-solving and communication skills
· Very strong analytical skills and very good BI/Microstrategy and MS Excel skills
· Collaborative, service-minded, European thinking and open minded personality
· Good degree of system knowledge (ideally SAP, MS office suite) with the ability to understand interdependencies between systems and processes to identify necessary changes or opportunities
· Good knowledge and understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
· Good degree of customer/consumer orientation (internal & external)
· Ability to think end-to-end and operate cross-functionally
· Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Qualifications

· Degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, or operations
· 1 year of working experience in Supply Chain Management, Sales, Retail or eCom
