Purpose

· To coordinate, service and execute promotional programs within sports category with direction of the business unit lead.

Key Accountabilities

· Build a rapport with adidas partnerships.
· Seek out and identify new business partners for the brand.
· Develop and execute specific programs that will influence the purchasing decision of the consumer
· Work with product marketing, brand activation: brand communications, PR and retail experience to utilize assets.
· Utilize various reports to ensure accurate and timely execution of events within the territory.
· Maintain regular communication with program partners to ensure all commitments are fulfilled and superior service has been provided.
· Coordinate administrative program operations: order and track promotional product for parties, develop a filing/tracking system for program related correspondence.
· Coordinate all product commitments including seasonal forecasts and product distributions
· Maintain regular communication with sales force and key accounts and develop strategic plans
· Manage image bank and coordinate with sales
· Coordinate with Brand Marketing on programs related to advertising and collateral materials.
· Book and coordinate athlete travel and expense reimbursement.
· Assist the event Project Manager on execution of sport events.
· Assist with the execution of athlete appearances and retail promotions
· Heavy travel and overtime may be required during peak season

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

· Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Extensive knowledge of assigned sport/category
· Ability to make sound business decisions
· Posses strong organizational, problem solving, and resolution skills
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Ability to effectively present company objectives to a diverse demographic
· Ability to communicate with people on different levels within and outside the organization

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience)

· Four year college or university degree, emphasis in marketing or business preferred.
· Three years relevant experience, football experience preferred;
· Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for a degree.
