Key Responsibilities:

· Govern all the types and forms of data with focus on sell out and inventory
· Ensures that procedures and guidelines are documented for data access and use
· Verify correctness and completeness of data model, data relationships, mappings and definitions
· Enhance, develop and track standard reports in dashboard, yearly, quarterly and monthly related KPI targets by key customer, regular rolling forecasting and dashboards to achieve annual goals
· Provide support to the sales team in onboarding of new accounts getting sell-out and inventory data
· Create ad hoc business cases building such as: seasonal promotion plan, trade inventory clearance plan, etc
· Support the demand planning activities / processes to ensure high forecasting accuracy
· Support the development of training programs to sales team on planning processes, systems and methodologies
· Enable improvement of sell out, inventory, promotional customer related activities, range management, demand planning and buy decisions

Job Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· MS Office (Excel/Access; Outlook; Word; Powerpoint)
· Strong planning & analytical skills
· Great coordination and communication skills
· Very good project management skills
· Business acumen
· Analytical and process thinking
· Fluent in English (written and oral); excellent communication skills

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Finance with equivalent experience required;
· Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in Sell-out Analytics
· Proficient in dashboard reporting, standard reporting, report optimization
· Understanding of data modeling concepts (relational, dimensional)
