Purpose:

Support with the supply chain activities for In-Season Creation Purchasing (ISC) globally, in order to support the strategic direction of ISC. Drive all ISC Purchasing change initiatives required towards the strategic positioning of ISC Purchasing and the continuous improvement of the relevant KPIs.

Key Accountabilities:

·Manage execution of the ISC Purchasing processes for his area of responsibility and ensure cost efficiency and in-time availability to contribute to the achievement of defined targets

Support the Manager ISC Purchasing with all purchasing activities, prioritization setting, transportation mode changes, SHAS information communication and distribution from tier 1 factories and interface with GSP/Sourcing/ISC Buying to optimize supply availability to meet retail intro dates

Analyze and communicate e2e Supply Chain KPI reporting to relevant stakeholders

Identify, analyze, design and drive supply chain and logistics improvement opportunities for ISC Purchasing globally

Work with Supply Chain process owners on x-functional, global improvement initiatives

Assist the further simplification and improvement of adidas policies with regards to fashion, Retail, non-aSL and key product categories

Support ISC Purchasing related projects

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:

· Good Supply Chain knowledge
· Basic e2e understanding of fashion supply chain and logistics processes
· Strong analytical skills and understanding of numbers
· Good planning and organizational skills
· Ability to understand supply chain issues and drive solutions
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner
· Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects under a deadline
· Good knowledge of standard software applications (Excel, Access) and SAP AFS/GPS, SIM, BI systems
· Fluent in English (written and oral)
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity

Qualifications:

· 4-year university or college degree or commercial education
· Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in the apparel or textile industry
